  • Account and installation data provided by Shopify, including your shop domain and app access scopes.
  • Session and authentication records required to keep the app securely connected to your Shopify store.
  • Feed configuration data you create in Feeda, such as platform settings, mapping rules, and market selections.
  • Product data from your Shopify store that is processed to generate feed output files.
  • Operational logs related to feed generation, sync status, and app events.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide and maintain Feeda functionality, including creating and serving product feeds.
  • To keep feeds updated when products or settings change.
  • To troubleshoot errors, monitor performance, and improve reliability.
  • To meet legal obligations and protect the security of the service.

3. Data Sharing

  • We do not sell merchant or customer data.
  • Data may be processed by infrastructure and hosting providers that help us run Feeda.
  • We may disclose data if required by law, regulation, or valid legal request.

4. Retention

  • We retain data only for as long as needed to operate the app and satisfy legal requirements.
  • When the app is uninstalled, associated shop data is removed or anonymized within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.

5. Security

  • We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect stored data.
  • No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, but we continuously work to reduce risk.

6. Your Choices

  • You can stop data processing by uninstalling Feeda from your Shopify admin.
  • If you need a data deletion request, contact us through the support channel listed on our Shopify App Store listing.

  • We may update this policy from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
