- Account and installation data provided by Shopify, including your shop domain and app access scopes.
- Session and authentication records required to keep the app securely connected to your Shopify store.
- Feed configuration data you create in Feeda, such as platform settings, mapping rules, and market selections.
- Product data from your Shopify store that is processed to generate feed output files.
- Operational logs related to feed generation, sync status, and app events.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and maintain Feeda functionality, including creating and serving product feeds.
- To keep feeds updated when products or settings change.
- To troubleshoot errors, monitor performance, and improve reliability.
- To meet legal obligations and protect the security of the service.
3. Data Sharing
- We do not sell merchant or customer data.
- Data may be processed by infrastructure and hosting providers that help us run Feeda.
- We may disclose data if required by law, regulation, or valid legal request.
4. Retention
- We retain data only for as long as needed to operate the app and satisfy legal requirements.
- When the app is uninstalled, associated shop data is removed or anonymized within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.

- No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, but we continuously work to reduce risk.
6. Your Choices
- You can stop data processing by uninstalling Feeda from your Shopify admin.
